Add an Asset to a Product:

To assign an asset already uploaded to MediaStore:

1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Products > All Products
2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant product
3. Select the product to open a preview*
4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details
5. Go to the Assets tab
6. Click Assign 
7. Select from your existing assets in the Assets field

      Optional:

• select Use as Marketing Asset¹
• select Assign to product(s) and descendants to add to related products (e.g., all episodes in a season)
• select additional titles in the Products field to assign to specific products

     8. Click Assign to finish

To add a new asset:

1. In the navigation sidebar, go to Products > All Products
2. Scroll, search, or filter to find the relevant product
3. Select the product to open a preview*
4. In the preview panel on the right, click View Details
5. Go to the Assets tab
6. Click Upload
7. Drag and drop an asset or browse your local drive

      Optional: 

• rename it in the Asset Name field (defaults to the filename)
• select Marketing Use¹
• choose from Shareable, Download, and Protection levels
• select additional titles in the Products field to assign to multiple products 

8. Scroll down to set the asset Type (required)
9. Click Upload to finish
